We are currently seeking a professional, courteous, and reliable Driver to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting guests, staff, and goods safely and efficiently while maintaining top-tier customer service standards that represent our brand.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport guests, staff, and hotel items to and from designated locations in a timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness, aesthetic appeal, and roadworthiness of the assigned hotel vehicle at all times.
- Conduct routine pre- and post-trip checks on vehicle conditions including fuel, oil, tires, and brakes.
- Strictly adhere to all Nigerian traffic laws, road safety regulations, and hotel internal policies.
- Assist arriving and departing guests with luggage handling and provide warm, courteous customer service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and trips taken.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the front desk and management regarding daily guest transport schedules.
- Handle minor vehicle troubleshooting and coordinate with designated mechanics for major repairs.
- Ensure all vehicle statutory documents such as insurance and registration papers remain valid.
- Valid Nigerian driver’s license with a proven clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- Deep familiarity with local city routes, navigation apps, traffic laws, and defensive driving practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong time-management abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Physical fitness to assist guests with luggage loading and offloading of hotel supplies.
