We are currently seeking a dependable, safety-conscious Driver to join our dynamic team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in our daily operations by providing safe and efficient transportation for staff, documents, and company materials. If you possess excellent driving skills, a strong knowledge of Lagos routes, and a commitment to professionalism, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities- Drive company staff and authorized passengers safely and comfortably to assigned destinations across Lagos and beyond.
- Transport official documents, packages, and company materials securely and on schedule.
- Maintain strict punctuality and adhere to optimized routes and daily operational schedules.
- Conduct routine pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any mechanical faults or maintenance needs promptly.
- Ensure the assigned company vehicle is kept clean, tidy, and in optimal working condition at all times.
- Strictly comply with all Nigerian road safety regulations, traffic laws, and company driving policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs for daily trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Demonstrate high levels of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when interacting with staff, management, and clients.
- Possession of a valid and current Nigerian Driver’s Licence.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of verifiable professional driving experience.
- Comprehensive and practical knowledge of Lagos roads, major routes, and alternative paths.
- Clean driving record with a strong understanding of defensive driving and road safety protocols.
- Proficiency in using GPS navigation tools such as Google Maps.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a courteous demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, highly responsible, and safety-oriented.
- Prior experience working as a corporate or company driver will be an added advantage.
