About the Role
Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC, a leading financial services provider in Nigeria, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Fleet Management Team Lead to oversee our corporate vehicle operations. In this role, you will ensure the efficient deployment, maintenance, and compliance of our fleet while upholding the bank's high corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the bank's fleet in line with operating policies, budgets, and personnel guidelines.
- Benchmark and analyze the fleet operating system against international standards.
- Monitor the quality and efficiency of services provided by third-party fleet service providers and drivers.
- Manage the deployment of dedicated pool vehicles and handle vehicle requests for expatriates and staff members.
- Develop and implement short- and long-term policies to ensure adherence to global best practices and national transport regulations.
- Analyze operational data to monitor performance, plan improvements, and forecast demand.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations across all supervised areas.
- Drive the effective rollout of change initiatives through project tracking, reporting, and readiness assessments.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Management Sciences or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications in logistics, transport, or fleet management will be an added advantage.
- At least 3 to 4 years of proven experience in managing a fleet unit within a structured corporate environment.
