About the Role
LEAD Enterprise Support Company Limited, a foremost Human Resources Solutions organization, is seeking a reliable and experienced Personal Driver to provide safe and timely transportation for our client. The successful candidate will be a professional, punctual individual with deep familiarity with Lagos roads, particularly the Gbagada axis, and strict adherence to traffic regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the employer safely and efficiently to appointments, meetings, and other designated destinations.
- Plan optimal travel routes, taking live traffic conditions into account to ensure timely arrival.
- Keep the assigned vehicle clean, polished, and in excellent working condition at all times.
- Conduct routine daily checks on tyres, brakes, oil, water, and fuel levels.
- Report mechanical faults promptly and coordinate scheduled servicing and repairs as directed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle servicing, fuel consumption, and related expenses.
- Carry out assigned official or personal errands while maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion.
- Observe all traffic laws and prioritize safe driving practices on every trip.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional driving experience, preferably as a personal or executive driver.
- Possession of a valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record.
- Extensive knowledge of Lagos road networks, with specific familiarity around Gbagada and surrounding areas.
- Basic knowledge of routine vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills, neat appearance, and a professional, respectful attitude.
- Demonstrated honesty, discretion, punctuality, and dependability.
- Availability to work a Monday through Saturday schedule.
- Proximity to Gbagada, Lagos will be a distinct advantage.
