About the Role
Speedaf Express is a dynamic joint venture formed by YIWILL HOLDINGS and ZTO, committed to reducing end-to-end logistics costs while providing stable, recognized logistics services to our valued customers. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Driver to join our growing team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for operating company vehicles to transport assigned managers and personnel to designated locations safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities- Operate company vehicles to safely transport assigned personnel to designated locations while adhering strictly to traffic laws and regulations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety standards.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and brakes, and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance repairs.
- Ensure that all daily trips and assignments are authorized, properly planned, and completed on schedule.
- Keep the interior and exterior of the assigned vehicle clean and tidy on a daily basis.
- Comply fully with all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and reporting protocols in the event of an accident or vehicle damage.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and an active LASDRI card.
- Proven professional driving experience with an excellent safety record.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Nigerian road safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Extensive and up-to-date familiarity with Lagos routes and navigation.
