We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our daily operations by providing safe, efficient, and timely transportation services for our staff, management, and company cargo.
Key Responsibilities- Transport company personnel, clients, and designated cargo safely and efficiently to required destinations across Nigeria.
- Observe all traffic laws, road signs, and company safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain the assigned company vehicle in a clean, tidy, and roadworthy condition daily.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, checking oil, water, battery, brakes, and tire pressure before every trip.
- Report any mechanical faults, damages, or required servicing promptly to management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logbooks for all trips, fuel purchases, and maintenance records.
- Plan travel routes carefully, taking into account traffic patterns, weather conditions, and schedule changes.
- Minimum of a SSCE or equivalent academic qualification.
- Valid Nigerian Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably within a corporate or structured business environment.
- Deep and thorough knowledge of major Nigerian roads, traffic laws, and navigation routes.
- Excellent defensive driving skills and high situational awareness.
- Strong communication skills, professional presentation, and a courteous demeanor.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding company and passenger matters.
