Key Responsibilities- Ensure the safe and secure transportation of guests, management, team members, and hotel property at all times.
- Provide a warm, professional greeting and assist guests with luggage loading and unloading.
- Operate hotel vehicles in strict compliance with local traffic laws, regulations, and company safety standards.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections, monitor fuel levels, and coordinate routine maintenance or servicing.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, journey logs, and vehicle documentation.
- Support airport transfers, guest pickups, and drop-offs while offering helpful information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding guest information, security details, and management movements.
- High School graduate or equivalent educational qualification.
- Valid Nigerian Driver's License with a clean driving record and valid medical fitness certificate.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably within a luxury hotel, hospitality, or corporate environment.
- Strong working knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, handle emergencies professionally, and work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
