About the Role
LSSTF CACCOV, an organization dedicated to public advocacy, crime prevention, and community sensitization against social vices, is seeking a highly responsible and emotionally intelligent Personal Driver. In this role, you will ensure safe, comfortable, and efficient daily commuting between Magboro and various destinations across Lagos. The ideal candidate is a calm, professional driver with exceptional mastery of manual transmission vehicles and a deep understanding of complex Lagos traffic dynamics.
Key Responsibilities- Safely and efficiently navigate daily routes between Magboro and Lagos, utilizing GPS and local knowledge to avoid heavy traffic delays along the expressway and inner-city roads.
- Expertly drive, operate, and maintain a manual transmission vehicle while minimizing unnecessary wear and tear.
- Conduct thorough daily vehicle inspections, checking oil, water, tires, and brakes to ensure optimal working condition.
- Keep the vehicle meticulously clean, both inside and out, at all times.
- Maintain a peaceful, quiet, and professional cabin atmosphere while anticipating the employer's needs.
- Run occasional errands, manage toll payments, and assist with loading or unloading items as required.
- Extensive, proven professional experience driving manual transmission vehicles in Nigeria.
- Deep familiarity with the Lagos road network, specifically the Magboro axis, the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, and major routes into the Island and Mainland.
- A valid driver’s license accompanied by a spotless driving record.
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence, patience, absolute punctuality, and strict discretion regarding employer matters.
