About the Role
Dreamworks Global Logistics Limited is one of the leading players in the Nigerian logistics market, dedicated to partnering with clients to achieve their business goals. We are currently looking for a professional and dedicated Driver to join our growing team and support our daily transportation and delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport goods, parcels, documents, and staff to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Conduct pre-and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance of assigned vehicles.
- Monitor essential vehicle components including fuel levels, engine oil, tyres, brakes, and lights, reporting faults promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and delivery documentation.
- Plan efficient routes using GPS and navigation applications to avoid delays and reduce fuel consumption.
- Comply with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies while demonstrating professional customer service.
- Minimum of an SSCE/WAEC/NECO or equivalent qualification.
- 2 to 3 years of professional driving experience within a logistics, courier, or corporate environment.
- Possession of a valid driver's licence and a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of local routes, traffic conditions, and road safety regulations.
- Good communication skills and the ability to use GPS and navigation tools effectively.
