About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Operations / Logistics Manager to join our dynamic team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this vital role, you will oversee the seamless movement of construction materials, equipment, and operational support to ensure our luxury projects are delivered to the highest standards of excellence and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily logistics and operational activities across all active construction projects and company locations.
- Plan, monitor, and optimize the movement and timely delivery of construction materials, heavy equipment, and supplies.
- Manage and schedule company drivers, transport vehicles, and delivery routes efficiently.
- Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, routine maintenance schedules, and overall fleet availability.
- Collaborate closely with Project, Procurement, Warehouse, and Batching Plant teams to streamline supply chain workflows.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including waybills, trip logs, inventory records, and logistics reports for management.
- Manage logistics vendor relationships and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising operational quality.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within the construction, real estate, or heavy manufacturing industry.
- Extensive knowledge of Lagos road networks, traffic patterns, and local logistics operations.
- Proven track record of managing commercial drivers, vehicle fleets, and site-support activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, inventory management systems, and operational reporting.
