Key Responsibilities- Serve as the company primary on-site representative on the rig, directing all day-to-day drilling operations and contractor activities.
- Enforce stringent safety protocols and environmental regulations across all well site operations.
- Manage daily well site operations efficiently to minimize non-productive time and reduce operational costs.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of operational progress, equipment status, and well performance.
- Coordinate seamlessly with third-party service providers, engineers, and rig crews to achieve project milestones.
- Identify operational bottlenecks promptly and implement effective corrective solutions under high-pressure conditions.
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on field experience in rig supervision within the oil and gas sector.
- Valid IWCF or IADC Well Control certification is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills capable of thriving under intense operational pressure.
- In-depth knowledge of modern drilling techniques, equipment maintenance, and HSE compliance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred.
