About the Role
Aldelia Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented DPP Service Professional to join our central pool team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing decentralized purchasing, handling high volumes of invoices, and ensuring seamless coordination between technical users, stock control, and finance within the oil and gas sector.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure 100% compliance of purchasing processes with company rules, SOX regulations, and local laws.
- Create and manage Purchase Requests (PRs), Service Entry Sheets (SES), and Call-Off Orders in SAP and UNISUP.
- Conduct competitive Call for Tender (CFT) processes and negotiate service purchase orders under USD 50,000.
- Maintain proper administration, filing, and archiving of all procurement and contractual documentation.
- Liaise closely with stock control, contract engineers, buyers, and technical users to meet operational deadlines.
- Promote a strong safety culture by strictly adhering to H3SE rules, reporting anomalies, and participating in safety drills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or Social Sciences.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the Oil & Gas industry and supply chain capacity.
- Membership in relevant professional supply chain bodies is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with SAP/R3, SAP reporting tools, and e-sourcing software like ARIBA.
