We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Division Manager to join our esteemed team in Nigeria and spearhead our regional offshore operations.
Key Responsibilities- Implement regional strategic plans to achieve corporate goals under the direction of the General Manager of Operations.
- Maintain and enhance company reputation as an industry leader through strong customer and vendor relationships.
- Manage offshore drilling operations for all assigned Mobile Offshore Drilling Units (MODUS) including asset preservation and maintenance.
- Oversee customer interactions, conflict resolution, logistical coordination, staffing, and technical operations.
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in offshore drilling operations.
- Educational background including SSCE/WAEC/GCE O'Level, with an OND, HND, or B.Sc. degree preferred.
- Must be a Nigerian resident currently living in Nigeria with full eligibility to work locally.
- Fluent English communication skills, both oral and written, with strong interpersonal capabilities.
