About the Role
Great Brands Nigeria Ltd., a world-class and performance-driven sales and distribution company with over 35 years of industry experience, is seeking a dynamic Distributor Partner Specialist to manage Red Bull trade marketing and distribution targets in Nigeria. In this role, you will champion operational excellence by partnering closely with our Distribution Partners (DPs) to deliver dominant market leadership, flawless in-store execution, and robust commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Line Managers and DPs to develop and execute impactful Trade Marketing Plans and Commercial Annexes.
- Spend 70 percent of working time in the field conducting market visits, Perfect Store audits, and hands-on sales force coaching.
- Train DP teams on brand history, product trust, Perfect Store standards, and advanced selling techniques like Power Selling and High-Pressure Negotiation.
- Track actual performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze gaps, and formulate actionable growth strategies.
- Lead monthly business review meetings utilizing scorecard reporting decks and monitor the ROI of deployed Red Bull coolers.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial sales, trade sales, stock flow, and depletions.
- University degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, preferably within the beverage sector.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret business intelligence reports.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, presentation, and training capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the trade and competitive environment, specifically within Port Harcourt and adjoining regional open markets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
