About the Role
Alan & Grant, a premier Human Resources and Business Advisory firm, is seeking a results-driven Distribution Partner Specialist to join our team in Abuja. In this pivotal role within the FMCG, Foods, and Beverage sector, you will be the primary liaison between our organization and our key distribution partners, driving volume growth, operational execution, and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate regular meetings with distribution partners to communicate company strategy, review KPIs, address regional opportunities, and conduct team training.
- Assign and monitor sales, distribution, and execution targets for DPs and ensure consistent follow-ups.
- Collaborate with DPs to develop comprehensive annual business plans covering distribution, volume, investments, and KPIs.
- Manage assigned budgets, including trade incentives, promotional activities, and point-of-sale allocations.
- Maintain robust competitor intelligence and ensure accurate, timely data submission through company systems.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of outstanding sales experience within the Consumer Goods or Beverage industry, with prior distributor and supplier management background.
- Demonstrated multi-channel exposure spanning General Trade, Modern Trade, Wholesale, and On-Premise environments.
- Proven track record in team leadership, partner motivation, and independent execution.
