Key Responsibilities- Deliver packages, documents, and goods promptly and safely to designated locations across assigned routes.
- Plan and navigate the most efficient routes to minimize transit times and optimize fuel consumption.
- Maintain clear and constant communication with the dispatch team and clients, providing real-time delivery updates.
- Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the motorcycle is safe and in proper working condition.
- Keep accurate records of all deliveries, mileage, and vehicle maintenance activities.
- Strictly adhere to all local traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
- Report any accidents, delays, or mechanical issues promptly to the management team.
- Valid motorcycle or scooter riding license with a proven clean driving record.
- Demonstrated experience working as a dispatch rider or in a similar professional delivery role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local streets, major routes, and geographic areas in Nigeria.
- Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to interact professionally with clients.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining a strong team player.
