Key Responsibilities- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, documents, and educational materials to customers and designated locations within Surulere and surrounding areas
- Plan and optimize delivery routes using GPS and navigation tools to minimize travel time and ensure timely deliveries
- Handle all packages with care to prevent damage, loss, or misplacement during transit
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain required proof of delivery documentation
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally and courteously with all clients
- Conduct routine maintenance and basic checks on delivery motorcycles
- Strictly comply with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies
- Communicate promptly with the Dispatch/Operations Team regarding delivery updates, delays, and incidents
- Resolve delivery-related challenges and escalate complex issues to supervisors
- Minimum SSCE or equivalent educational qualification
- Valid Motorcycle/Rider's Licence with all necessary riding documents
- Proven experience as a Dispatch Rider or similar delivery role
- In-depth knowledge of Lagos roads, particularly Surulere and surrounding routes
- Proficiency with GPS, Google Maps, and navigation applications
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Physical fitness to meet the demands of daily deliveries
- Clean riding record with demonstrated reliability and punctuality
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to safety
