About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable, experienced, and responsible Dispatch Rider to join our growing logistics team in Lagos and ensure seamless delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver company products, documents, and other sensitive items to customers and designated locations safely and promptly.
- Pick up orders and manage daily transit schedules efficiently.
- Plan efficient routes using navigation tools to guarantee timely deliveries across various Lagos locations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all deliveries and collections.
- Perform routine checks on the motorcycle, ensure proper maintenance, and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Strictly adhere to all company policies, traffic rules, and Nigerian road safety regulations.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience as a Dispatch Rider.
- Must possess a valid motorcycle riding license and complete up-to-date documentation.
- In-depth knowledge of Lagos roads, major routes, and diverse neighborhoods.
- Proficiency in using GPS and navigation tools such as Google Maps.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for professional customer interaction.
- Previous working experience in an FMCG, logistics, or distribution company is an added advantage.
