About the Role
Tastia Restaurant and Bakery is a fast-rising restaurant chain in the Nigerian hospitality industry, renowned for exceptional dining experiences and innovative cuisine. Since our inception in 2020, we have rapidly expanded to 11 thriving branches. We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced Dispatch Rider to join our logistics team and help us maintain our commitment to prompt and reliable customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver food orders promptly and safely to customers within designated locations.
- Navigate routes efficiently using local geographical knowledge of the city.
- Ensure proper handling and safe delivery of all restaurant and bakery items.
- Maintain the assigned delivery motorcycle in good working condition and report any mechanical faults immediately.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers upon delivery.
- Handle cash or digital payments accurately when required.
- Minimum of SSCE qualification.
- Valid rider permit and a thorough understanding of local traffic laws and routes.
- Proven professional riding experience, preferably within the food or hospitality sector.
- Excellent time management and punctuality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
