We are currently seeking a reliable, professional, and safety-conscious Dispatch Rider to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will serve as a crucial brand ambassador, ensuring our exquisite culinary creations are transported swiftly and securely from our restaurant to our discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Pick up packaged food orders promptly and accurately from designated restaurant locations.
- Navigate through assigned routes efficiently to guarantee timely deliveries and minimize transit times.
- Handle all food and beverage orders with utmost care to maintain presentation and quality.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a polite and professional attitude during every customer interaction.
- Communicate proactively with the restaurant dispatch team and customers regarding delivery updates and ETAs.
- Adhere strictly to Nigerian traffic laws, safety regulations, and defensive riding best practices at all times.
- Perform routine checks and maintain cleanliness standards for your assigned delivery vehicle.
- Minimum of an SSCE, GCE, or NECO qualification.
- Proven work experience of 2 to 4 years as a professional dispatch or delivery rider.
- Possession of a valid rider's license and a strong, demonstrable knowledge of local traffic routes.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
