In this role, you will play a vital part in our healthcare delivery network by ensuring the timely, safe, and secure transportation of sensitive medical samples, test results, and essential documents between our branches, laboratories, and client locations. We pride ourselves on precision, speed, and utmost professionalism, and we need a dedicated rider who understands the critical nature of healthcare logistics.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport medical samples, diagnostic reports, and correspondence across designated routes in a timely manner.
- Plan efficient daily delivery routes to ensure prompt turnaround times while strictly adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain company motorcycles in clean, roadworthy, and optimal working condition by reporting servicing needs promptly.
- Handle all diagnostic materials and sensitive documents with high levels of confidentiality, care, and professional integrity.
- Maintain accurate logs of all dispatches, deliveries, and recipient signatures for proper institutional tracking and accountability.
- Possession of a valid Nigerian Rider's Card/License with a clean driving record and extensive knowledge of local traffic routes.
- Proven professional experience working as a dispatch rider, courier, or delivery personnel, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Good verbal communication skills and a polite, customer-centric disposition when interacting with staff and clients.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing daily logistics schedules.
