Key Responsibilities- Pick up and deliver parcels, documents, and other items safely and accurately to designated locations.
- Confirm recipient identity and obtain proper proof of delivery, signatures, or required documentation.
- Plan efficient delivery routes using smartphones and navigation tools to minimize delays and fuel consumption.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the company motorcycle, reporting any mechanical faults immediately.
- Collect payments from customers when assigned and maintain accurate daily delivery records.
- Comply with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company operational policies.
- Minimum of SSCE, WAEC, NECO, or equivalent educational qualification.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Dispatch Rider, courier, or delivery rider within Nigeria.
- Must possess a valid motorcycle riding licence and a valid means of identification.
- Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic patterns.
- Must own and be comfortable using a smartphone with navigation applications like Google Maps and GPS.
- Demonstrated reliability, honesty, strong customer service skills, and a clean riding record.
