About the Role

We are currently looking for a dependable and experienced Dispatch Rider to join our logistics team and support our daily operational efficiency by ensuring swift and secure deliveries.
Key Responsibilities- Perform outdoor and indoor deliveries, including sending and collecting official documents, medical packages, and bulky items.
- Verify delivery addresses with customers via phone calls prior to dispatch.
- Keep customers informed regarding item availability, shipment status, and estimated delivery times.
- Transport and deliver items safely and punctually to designated locations.
- Collect and account for payments for purchased items upon successful delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, travel logs, and associated expenses.
- Minimum of a Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSCE).
- Proven professional experience as a dispatch rider within Nigeria.
- Extensive familiarity with local routes and traffic regulations.
- Valid rider certification and a strong passion for safe motorcycling.
- Basic communication, reading, and writing skills.
- Good numeracy skills for handling cash transactions and keeping expense records.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polite and customer-friendly demeanor.
