About the Role
LeoByte Global Ltd is a fast-growing technology, ecommerce, and logistics company headquartered in the heart of Lagos, Nigeria. We specialize in building robust technology infrastructure and managing seamless importation and delivery services. We are currently looking for a dedicated and reliable Dispatch Rider who resides within the Iyana Ipaja or Ayobo axis to join our expanding logistics network and ensure prompt, secure deliveries for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver packages, documents, and goods safely and promptly to designated locations across Lagos.
- Map out efficient daily delivery routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and obtain necessary recipient signatures or digital confirmations.
- Perform routine basic maintenance checks on the assigned motorcycle to ensure optimal working condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients and partners during pickups and drop-offs.
- Must be a duly registered rider with a valid and up-to-date rider's license.
- Must currently reside within the Iyana Ipaja or Ayobo axis of Lagos.
- Possess a functional smartphone with reliable internet access for navigation and communication.
- In-depth knowledge of Lagos mainland and island road networks, traffic patterns, and shortcuts.
