About the Role
ETC Workforce Services Limited is currently recruiting a dedicated Dishwasher for our esteemed client in the hospitality sector. In this vital role, you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to smooth kitchen operations and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Wash and sanitize all plates, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, and service equipment efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dishwashing station and overall kitchen environment.
- Support kitchen staff by promptly restocking clean dishes and cookware to various stations.
- Handle delicate glassware and heavy kitchen equipment with care to prevent breakage.
- Manage waste disposal, recycling, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and waitstaff during peak hours, events, and special occasions.
- Minimum of FSLC or SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
- At least 4 years of proven experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant, hotel, catering, or commercial kitchen.
- Strong communication, teamwork, professionalism, and reliability.
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain composure in a busy lounge and restaurant environment.
