About the Role
Bradfield Consulting is currently recruiting a dynamic and visionary Director of School to drive academic excellence, operational efficiency, and holistic student development. In this executive leadership role, you will oversee the strategic direction and daily management of the schools and pre-degree college, ensuring world-class educational standards, robust financial controls, and a safe, nurturing environment for all learners and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement strategic master plans, academic policies, and curriculum developments to guarantee continuous educational improvement.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain high-caliber professional educators and foster a collaborative, high-performance institutional culture.
- Oversee national and international accreditation standards, regulatory compliance, and liaison with bodies like WAEC, NECO, and Cambridge.
- Manage financial planning, accounting models, asset control, and payroll administration in alignment with institutional goals.
- Ensure stringent child protection, safeguarding, and health-and-safety policies are rigorously enforced across all school environments.
- Drive innovative marketing and stakeholder engagement strategies to continuously improve student enrollment, brand perception, and community trust.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Educational Management, or a related discipline (Master's Degree is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of comprehensive experience in whole-school management, educational leadership, and institutional administration.
- Proven expertise in curriculum development, staff performance management, financial oversight, and accreditation processes.
- Strong leadership background in maintaining student discipline, academic excellence, and effective stakeholder communication.
