Dorisfit Gym and SPA is a premier wellness and healthy living establishment dedicated to holistic health, physical fitness, nutrition, and advanced skincare solutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Nursing to lead our nursing and wellness department. In this executive role, you will oversee our comprehensive wellness programs, ensure the highest standards of patient care, and drive operational excellence as we expand our holistic health services across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Set strategic objectives and long-term goals for the nursing and wellness department.
- Organize and coordinate admission, nursing care, and specialized wellness procedures.
- Develop, implement, and enforce policies ensuring strict legal compliance and high-quality healthcare standards.
- Control departmental budgets, monitor expenditures, and optimize resource allocation.
- Resolve client issues, complaints, and operational deficiencies promptly and professionally.
- Manage accurate record-keeping procedures in compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate closely with fitness trainers, nutritionists, and skincare professionals to streamline holistic operations.
- Interested candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Must hold a valid and current practicing license with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Demonstrated experience of 3 to 10 years in nursing administration, healthcare management, or a related wellness leadership role.
- Exceptional leadership, budgeting, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a passion for holistic health and wellness.
