Since 2008, we have been committed to forming the whole person through conventional schooling, intensive Qur'an education, boarding, and mentorship. Key Responsibilities- Provide visionary leadership across our multi-campus institution, ensuring alignment with our core Islamic educational values.
- Oversee daily academic and administrative operations, maintaining high standards of conventional and Qur'anic education.
- Model exemplary character and practice deliberate tarbiyyah to nurture students and staff alike.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, honoring the trust placed in our institution.
- Guide teachers and administrative staff with wisdom, care, and absolute fairness.
- Minimum of a Master's degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive senior leadership experience within a reputable educational institution.
- Deep understanding of both Nigerian conventional educational curricula and Islamic educational frameworks (Tarbiyyah).
- Demonstrated ability to exercise authority with integrity, amanah, and emotional intelligence.
