About the Role
U-Connect Human Resources Consulting is seeking a smart, driven, and result-oriented Direct Sales Agent (DSA) to join our growing sales team in Lagos. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and converting sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth for our financial institution clients within your assigned territory. We are looking for an energetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about achieving aggressive sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and prospect new customers to promote and sell the institution's financial products and services.
- Achieve and consistently exceed set monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
- Prepare, track, and submit accurate daily and weekly sales reports to management.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or BSc in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Candidate age must not be more than 35 years old.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience working within a financial institution or similar environment.
- Smart, intelligent, and highly adaptable individuals with general sales experience will also be considered.
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly target-driven with an innate passion for sales and customer engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Competitive monthly net salary of N125,000.
