Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the aggressive sale of retail banking products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and advanced digital banking solutions through the DSA channel.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and manage DSA performance metrics to ensure the consistent achievement of assigned sales, customer acquisition, and funding targets.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML/CFT), regulatory frameworks, and internal bank policies during all customer onboarding activities.
  • Conduct regular field visits, structured coaching sessions, and team engagements to maximize DSA productivity, retention, and service delivery standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive performance analytics, resolve operational bottlenecks, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize business outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in retail banking, direct sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
  • Deep understanding of contemporary retail banking products, services, and digital onboarding procedures.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of KYC, AML/CFT, and relevant Nigerian regulatory compliance standards.
  • Exceptional sales, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship management abilities.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with strong data analytical and reporting competencies.
