Key Responsibilities- Identify and curate trending, breaking, and on-the-spot news videos as events unfold globally and locally.
- Edit, trim, and optimize videos consistently to meet daily posting quotas across all primary social media channels.
- Engage actively with our audience by responding to comments, answering inquiries, and moderating discussions to build brand loyalty.
- Monitor social media algorithms and trending topics to ensure NDTV remains at the forefront of digital news reporting.
- Collaborate with reporters and editors to translate written breaking news into compelling visual narratives.
- A keen eye for news judgment, viral video content, and emerging digital media trends.
- Possession of a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dependable power backup solution for seamless remote or hybrid operations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing and growing communities on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Basic video editing capabilities, including trimming, adding captions, and applying brand watermarks.
- Exceptional ability to work under pressure, think quickly, and consistently meet strict daily publishing targets.
