About the Role
African Trade and Commerce Development Company Limited is seeking a creative and commercially minded Digital Sales & Content Executive for Mineral Gallery in AYA, Asokoro, Abuja. Mineral Gallery is a specialist retail and digital platform for crystals, gemstones, natural mineral specimens, and jewellery, presented by the Nigerian Mineral Exchange (NME). We are building a modern Nigerian mineral retail brand combining a physical gallery with digital commerce, social media marketing, and educational content.
Key Responsibilities- Create engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, including product demonstrations and educational content.
- Photograph crystals, gemstones, and jewellery, and participate in or host livestreaming sessions.
- Attend to physical gallery visitors and respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and social media.
- Build relationships with collectors and gemstone buyers, convert enquiries into sales, and manage basic order fulfilment.
- Learn about stocked mineral specimens through internal product training to confidently explain features and value to customers.
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Ability to create basic smartphone video content and confidence to appear on camera.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a strong interest in sales.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate reliability and discipline.
- Prior experience with video editing apps like CapCut, Canva, WhatsApp Business, or digital marketing is an advantage, though comprehensive product training will be provided.
