About the Role
ESN Petroleum Services Ltd (Energy Smart NG) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Operations Associate to support our innovative business energy spending solutions. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing our digital platforms, optimizing our web presence, and ensuring seamless client onboarding and technical operations across our IoT and web infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Manage on-page and technical SEO strategies while monitoring organic search performance and conducting keyword research.
- Develop comprehensive SOPs, user guides, training materials, and onboarding documentation for clients and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records for vehicle, IoT, SIM, client, and transaction data using advanced spreadsheets.
- Monitor FleetOS, ESN web platforms, Borrow Me Fuel, and IoT connectivity to ensure optimal uptime.
- Troubleshoot, track, and escalate client support tickets while updating the ESN Knowledgebase.
- Perform basic website updates using HTML/CSS and manage device and SIM activations.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in digital operations, web operations, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and top SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Exceptional data-entry skills, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, browser DevTools, and advanced Google Sheets or Excel functions.
- Preferred background in tech, SaaS, fintech, fleet management, or IoT industries.
