About the Role
The Elevation Church is seeking an innovative and results-driven Digital Media Manager to lead our digital growth strategy. In this role, you will ensure our brand and content resonate across social platforms, streaming networks, and our mobile app, combining creative storytelling with advanced digital marketing expertise to impact communities globally.
Key Responsibilities- Drive audience growth and content distribution across web, social media, audio, and video streaming platforms.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns including paid social, search, display, and mobile app installs.
- Lead comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility, keyword ranking, and technical site performance.
- Collaborate with the IT department to optimize the mobile app, increasing downloads, onboarding success, and daily active usage.
- Leverage AI tools and marketing technology to streamline content creation, targeting, and workflow automation.
- Define and track key performance indicators using GA4 and platform analytics, translating data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Coordinate, mentor, and empower a vibrant community of digital and media volunteers.
- 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in digital media, digital marketing, or growth-focused roles.
- Proven expertise in managing social media algorithms, paid media platforms, and SEO best practices.
- Strong proficiency in web and app analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Search Console.
- Demonstrated ability to balance creative storytelling with analytical, data-driven decision making.
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and creative teams, as well as managing volunteers.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
