About the Role
NEO-Earth New Energy is a fast-growing manufacturer of lithium energy-storage batteries, solar panels, hybrid solar inverters, and EV charging piles. As we establish our local operations base in Lagos to expand our network of EPC contractors, solar installers, and distributor partners across Nigeria, we are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager. In this role, you will help build our brand presence in West Africa, connecting residential, commercial, and industrial PV-energy-storage projects with our reliable product supply and comprehensive after-sales services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct online marketing and manage overseas social-media platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos, design promotional posters, host livestreams, and produce localized content to strengthen brand image.
- Generate and collect online leads for the sales team while analyzing traffic-conversion data to optimize ongoing marketing strategies.
- Gather project-case materials and maintain an organized archive of all digital marketing assets.
- Minimum of a College Diploma with proven hands-on experience in overseas social-media operations.
- Proficiency in mobile video shooting and editing tools such as Jianying, with the ability to independently produce captivating short-form videos.
- Strong English reading and writing skills; fluency in Yoruba or Igbo is a strong advantage.
- Deep familiarity with the Nigerian digital landscape, with preference given to candidates who possess existing social-media influence.
- High data sensitivity, excellent content planning abilities, and experience with livestream operations.
- Must reside in Lagos and be available for offline client meetings when required.
