About the Role
Olisa Agbakoba Legal (OAL), a leading world-class legal solutions provider in Nigeria, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive. In this hands-on role, you will own the firm's digital footprint, transforming it into a consistent engine for visibility, reputation, and client enquiries. You will collaborate closely with senior lawyers and internal teams to execute impactful digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage the firm’s website content, SEO, and performance while coordinating with external developers.
- Plan and execute targeted digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and key legal directories.
- Manage email marketing initiatives, client alerts, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Act as the primary marketing liaison to various practice groups, translating their strategic priorities into digital campaigns.
- Build and present comprehensive monthly dashboards tracking web traffic, search visibility, and lead sources to partners.
- Capture, log, and efficiently route marketing-generated enquiries to the appropriate legal professionals.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and social media executives to maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Keep abreast of emerging digital tools, platform updates, and AI-driven marketing trends for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven digital marketing experience, preferably within B2B, professional, or financial services.
- Demonstrated success in running measurable organic and paid campaigns that generated quality leads.
- Hands-on expertise managing corporate websites on WordPress alongside solid SEO and SEM proficiency.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, and leading email marketing platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage senior professionals.
