Denam Properties Limited, a premier real estate development company based in Abuja, is looking for a dynamic and digitally savvy Digital Marketer / Content Creator to join our growing team. In this role, you will shape our online presence, produce captivating property tours, and turn property listings into high-converting digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all major social media platforms.
- Produce engaging short-form video content including Reels, TikToks, and property walkthroughs.
- Design compelling marketing collateral, graphics, and write persuasive property descriptions.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring consistent posting and brand messaging.
- Generate, track, and nurture prospective buyer and investor leads in collaboration with the sales team.
- Monitor social media analytics and provide monthly performance and conversion reports.
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Prior experience or familiarity with the Nigerian real estate or property marketing sector is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in video editing, graphic design tools like Canva, and social media analytics.
- Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and interpersonal communication skills.
