We are currently looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketer to join our vibrant team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a crucial part in elevating our brand visibility, driving online sales, and connecting our diverse range of premium beauty products with passionate consumers across various digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search engines.
- Create engaging, brand-aligned content including graphics, video concepts, and compelling copywriting for daily posting and ad campaigns.
- Manage paid advertising budgets across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and Instagram to ensure optimal return on investment.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key digital performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and retail teams to promote in-store events, product launches, and exclusive online offers.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, beauty industry standards, and competitor activities within the Nigerian market.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, and paid advertising, preferably within retail, e-commerce, or the beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing automation, and social media analytics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and branding.
- Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
