Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust measurement and analytical approaches for all marketing initiatives.
- Serve as the primary analytics point person for Go-To-Market (GTM), Google Analytics (GA), and Marketing Tableau reports.
- Work closely with marketing leadership to produce comprehensive insight reports focusing on creative effectiveness, brand trackers, and competitive analysis.
- Apply deep digital measurement expertise to continuously optimize customer experiences across both online and offline channels.
- Utilize data-driven findings to guide resource allocation and maximize overall return on investment for marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience in digital marketing analytics, data optimization, or a similar role within a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in advanced Excel and Tableau, with a genuine passion for deep data analysis.
- High level of professional integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation with the ability to thrive in a cross-functional work environment.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills to articulate complex data insights to stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of digital measurement tools including Google Analytics and GTM.
