About the Role
Uleval Technology is an award-winning digital agency dedicated to building tailor-made web applications, tools, and premium websites aligned with our clients' business needs. We are currently seeking a dynamic and analytical Digital Growth Officer to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue by combining digital marketing, data analysis, and experimental funnel optimization. In this role, you will own online growth metrics and scale our brand presence across web and social channels within the Nigerian tech ecosystem and beyond.
Key Responsibilities- Run continuous A/B tests and experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention loops to maximize conversion rates.
- Oversee comprehensive SEO, SEM, paid social ads, email, and content marketing campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on critical growth metrics including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively to optimize campaign spend and deliver high ROI.
- Partner closely with product, sales, and content teams to align growth goals and enhance user journeys.
- 2 to 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or performance marketing.
- Strong technical proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), industry-standard SEO tools, CRM software, and major ad managers including Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Highly analytical mindset with a passion for creative problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
