About the Role

We are recruiting a skilled and detail-oriented Diesel Mechanic (Service Technician) to join our dynamic team at Hebo Auto Company Limited. As a leading distributor of genuine Toyota spare parts and provider of ultra-modern motor repair services, we are seeking a professional who can deliver exceptional maintenance and repair solutions for Toyota diesel vehicles at competitive costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on Toyota diesel vehicles including oil, filter, coolant, and fluid replacements
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot diesel engine faults using Toyota-approved diagnostic equipment and technical service manuals
  • Service and repair diesel fuel injection systems, common-rail systems, turbochargers, and engine management systems
  • Inspect and repair engine, transmission, clutch, differential, braking, suspension, steering, cooling, and exhaust systems
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic systems including sensors, actuators, charging, and starting systems
  • Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and recommend corrective actions
  • Perform road tests to verify vehicle performance, reliability, and safety compliance
  • Document all inspections, diagnoses, repairs, and service activities accurately on job orders
  • Communicate technical findings effectively to supervisors and customers
  • Maintain workshop tools, diagnostic equipment, and facilities with proper care and accountability
  • Observe all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements and maintain a clean working environment
  • Stay updated with Toyota technologies and emerging automotive developments through continuous training

Qualifications
  • Minimum O-Level certificate with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Valid driving license
  • Knowledge of Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) is advantageous
  • Automotive certifications or professional training desired
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High professional integrity and strong work ethic
  • Team player with people-friendly demeanor
  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary
