Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, focusing on performance management, career development, and roadmap execution.
- Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and implement infrastructure as code via Terraform across multi-account AWS environments.
- Manage Kubernetes (EKS) clusters utilizing ArgoCD for GitOps delivery, alongside comprehensive observability stacks with Grafana and OpenTelemetry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on security controls, compliance validation, FinOps reporting, and AI tooling governance.
- Drive incident response, post-incident reviews, and the continuous improvement of platform reliability and network architecture.
- 7+ years of hands-on infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a technical or team lead capacity.
- Deep expertise in Terraform, multi-account AWS architectures, and production-grade Kubernetes (EKS) management.
- Strong proficiency in CI/CD automation with GitHub Actions and scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Working knowledge of HashiCorp Vault for secrets management and cloud-based networking principles.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
