About the Role

We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced IT Manager to oversee our information technology infrastructure, systems, networks, and digital resources, ensuring optimal performance, security, and alignment with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, implement, manage, and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and hardware.
- Enforce robust IT security policies, manage data backups, and ensure strict compliance with data protection regulations.
- Provide prompt technical support and troubleshooting to staff to minimize downtime and maintain business continuity.
- Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate the performance of the IT support team.
- Develop IT strategies, manage technology budgets, and oversee vendor relationships and procurement.
- Create and maintain disaster recovery plans and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Bachelor's degree, HND, or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant IT experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in network administration, cybersecurity, systems management, and technical support.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Microsoft certifications, or ITIL are highly advantageous.
