As a privately held Nigerian organization specializing in new builds, renovations, and interior design, we combine local expertise with an extensive international network to deliver bespoke solutions for residential and commercial properties. We are currently looking for a passionate Design Intern (Architect) to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the core design team with ongoing architectural and interior design projects from conception to completion.
- Support the preparation of detailed technical drawings, client presentations, and comprehensive design documentation.
- Conduct thorough research on innovative materials, modern furniture, architectural finishes, and emerging design concepts.
- Assist in developing creative design concepts and translating them into compelling visual presentations.
- Support team members during site visits, inspections, and other crucial project-related field activities.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members to ensure all project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Must be a recent graduate of Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Must currently be serving in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or about to commence the program.
- Demonstrated strong interest and passion for Interior Design and Interior Architecture.
- Basic knowledge of fundamental design principles and relevant industry software.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar design software will be a strong advantage.
- Exceptional eye for detail, spatial awareness, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- High willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and take initiative on assigned tasks.
