We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Deputy Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic logistics team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring seamless inventory control, accurate stock movements, and optimal supply chain efficiency to support our continuous offshore operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials while maintaining strict inventory accuracy between physical stock and ORACLE records.
  • Prepare weekly replenishment orders, manage mini-max security stocks, and handle automated reorders.
  • Maintain full accuracy across documentation, vendor deliveries, and vessel dispatches, ensuring proper alignment with end-user requirements.
  • Conduct permanent turning and sampling inventories, ensuring 100% of items are physically counted at least once per year.
  • Step in for the Senior Warehouse Coordinator during leaves and weekend duty rotations to maintain uninterrupted warehouse operations.
  • Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, conduct daily facility inspections, and maintain optimal housekeeping and maintenance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve discrepancies and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Management, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in warehousing, stock controlling, HSE, and supply chain management within the Marine and Logistics industry.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems, specifically ORACLE, alongside strong data reporting skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety regulations and operational excellence in high-demand environments.
