We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Deputy Senior Manager, Transformation & PMO to join our corporate team in Nigeria.

As the operational backbone of our Transformation Office, you will report directly to the Chief Transformation Officer and serve as the second-in-command. This role focuses purely on execution excellence, ensuring that our strategic initiatives are delivered with speed, discipline, and measurable impact on EBITDA, productivity, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end enterprise transformation portfolio, roadmap, and prioritization frameworks.
  • Establish and enforce rigorous PMO governance standards, methodologies, and structured review cycles.
  • Act for the Chief Transformation Officer at steering committees and executive reviews, challenging project owners to maintain momentum.
  • Partner closely with Finance to validate transformation benefits, track revenue growth, cost optimization, and EBITDA enhancement.
  • Conduct rapid diagnostics on underperforming initiatives and facilitate cross-functional recovery plans.
  • Produce executive dashboards and predictive insights to support the Executive Committee and Board.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline; an MBA or Master's degree is highly desirable.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or Agile are a strong advantage.
  • 8 to 12 years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Transformation, Enterprise PMO, or Strategy Execution.
  • Prior experience in a Big Four advisory practice or high-performing in-house transformation office.
  • Demonstrated expertise in retail, FMCG, manufacturing, or multi-site operational environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and enterprise project management software.
