We are currently seeking an experienced and commercially driven Deputy General Manager (DGM), Central & Regional Operations, to provide strategic leadership across our extensive operational network.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a large operational workforce of 300+ employees across multiple locations nationwide.
- Drive sales, retail performance, revenue growth, and market expansion across assigned regions and centers.
- Hold Regional, Center, and Operational Managers accountable for agreed KPIs and exceptional business results.
- Drive cost reduction, productivity, resource optimization, and overall operational efficiency.
- Oversee the effective management and performance of branches, hubs, and operational centers.
- Lead center expansion initiatives, including assessment, establishment, optimization, and performance management of new locations.
- Implement strong Human Capital Management strategies, covering workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
- Monitor operational, financial, and customer experience metrics to ensure timely corrective actions.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, retail, supply chain, or a large-scale operational environment.
- Proven track record of managing a workforce of at least 300 employees across multiple locations.
- Demonstrable success in driving sales, retail performance, and revenue growth.
- Strong expertise in multi-site management, branch expansion, and cost optimization.
- Exceptional commercial, financial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline. An MBA or professional certification is an added advantage.
