We are currently seeking a results-driven and energetic Deposit Mobilizer / Sales Marketer to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in driving our deposit mobilization and business expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Actively source and persuade individual and corporate clients to open savings and fixed deposit accounts.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
- Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed monthly deposit mobilization targets.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new business opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Organize and participate in financial education workshops, seminars, and promotional events to educate clients on investment and savings.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to generate quality leads, coordinate promotional campaigns, and close high-value deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and marketing activities and client interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or deposit mobilization within the financial services sector is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing tools, sales techniques, and market analytics.
- Ability to analyze market data, adapt to changing trends, and execute strategic plans effectively.
