About the Role
E-Clinic & Diagnostic Limited is a premier healthcare provider based in Abuja, Nigeria, renowned for delivering cutting-edge clinical care and diagnostic services. We are currently seeking a dedicated and competent Dentist to join our dynamic team on a four-month contract. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering comprehensive oral health services, ensuring our patients receive compassionate, high-quality dental care supported by our state-of-the-art facility.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough dental consultations, examinations, and clinical assessments.
- Diagnose dental conditions and develop effective, personalized treatment plans.
- Perform routine dental procedures including fillings, extractions, scaling, and polishing.
- Manage dental emergencies promptly and coordinate appropriate referrals when required.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, preventive care, and available treatment options.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date patient records and treatment notes.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection prevention, control protocols, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical personnel to support holistic patient care.
- Participate in the smooth daily operations of the Dental Unit and prepare management reports.
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Valid and current registration and practising licence with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Demonstrated clinical experience practicing as a dentist in a reputable healthcare facility.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and patient-management skills.
- Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
