Key Responsibilities- Provide preventative and therapeutic dental care to patients of all ages under the supervision of senior dental surgeons.
- Conduct oral health education and promotion campaigns within the hospital and surrounding communities.
- Perform routine clinical procedures including scaling, polishing, and restorative treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to strict infection control and safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Possession of a good Degree or relevant qualification in Dental Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Must be duly registered with the relevant professional body in Nigeria.
- Evidence of completion, exemption, or exclusion from the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
- Must possess a valid and current practicing license.
- Conditions of service are highly competitive, aligning with those obtainable in the Federal Public Service and Federal Tertiary Health Institutions in Nigeria.
